WE HAVE SOME "GOOD" TOOLS TO HELP KEEP THE "BAD" GUYS AWAY FROM YOUR CARDS!
VISA Debit or Credit Card - Lost or Stolen 24/7 VISA Card Hotline: 888-297-3416
Our Fraud Center Contact Numbers are: 800-237-8990 (Automated Service) and 855-293-2456 (24/7 Live Agent).
We can all agree that credit and debit cards are great financial tools. No matter how careful you are though, plastic cards are a target for criminals - a way to make unauthorized purchases. To help combat fraud, Space Age has partnered with the fraud protection service, Fraud Center, to monitor our members' accounts and to look for suspicious activity.
With the Fraud Center, you:
- Get Communications on Suspicious Card Activity Three Separate Ways: Text, Email and Phone
- Protect Your Account From Fraudulent Activity
HOW IT WORKS
- The Fraud Center will notify you when there is suspicious activity on your VISA debit or credit card - first by text, then by email, and finally by phone. This often due to a transaction that doesn't follow your normal spending patterns and has temporarily initiated a "freeze" on your account.
- Below are examples of the text and email verification you will receive. To verify the phone number is legitimate, please login to internet banking and select 'Support'.

- An automated phone service will verify your identity by asking you a few questions, and then have you verify the purchases in question. The service is available for your return call 24/7. Please note that your account will remain blocked until action is taken on your behalf.
- If you DID NOT initiate the transactions in question, you can take immediate steps to permanently block your VISA card account and stop further fraudulent activity on your account.
- If you DID initiate the transactions in question, your card will be returned to its active state and can be used immediately to make future transactions.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO STAY SAFE
- Protect your card and card information.
- Regularly monitor your statements for any activity that is not yours.
- If you are contacted by the Fraud Center, please take the call or return it as soon as possible.
- Be sure that the contact information you have on file with Space Age is current, so we may easily contact you regarding suspicious activity on your cards.
